But then again huge volume capitulates a move temp.

Mid June and mid Dec used to be great times for major lows.

The US pattern for this year is June Oct and Dec lows. So we may have seen the June low and now a rally into Aug before another move down. A June low is not precise and so it may be early July.

I am still short here but am long gold and silver from a couple of days back. That has covered my ar*se.

It is always great if you can find longs as well as shorts. All longs or all shorts can be great or devestating.
