HUH? I am trying to move the discussion away from Orbimed this and thats with MS on top thinking to the basics....quarterly cash flow and deals.  When have I ever said they would walk away with our IP? I doubt our IP woudl satisfy the outstanding loan so doubt Orbimed have that at their top of the list for desirable outcomes. IP is very important, but the value of it with no customers, production or competition that it excludes?



The refusing to use the funds available to them with the ATM speaks to more about how the Orbimed issue wil go away if we default and the loan gets called in (IMO!)

But...too much talk is around this...what we will know is how we have tracked to target (UNS hasnt edfined it so I guess holders have to throw their own rule over what they wanted from their 3 months of cash burn)

Depot-Ject was announced 10 months ago and said they would be in the shelf in 12-24 months...so announcement of customisaton being complete and drug-device filed with regulator would be great! An anticipated launch date good...revenue forecast better again.
