re: jemsb what happend Have to agree there, Tubs is about as subtle as a sledgehammer most times but the general principals behind his calls on LAF were not far from the mark.

OK the singing, dancing, running around in circles does tend to be a "tad" annoying to those who held in there through the downs and downs of LAF, but, even they must admit they were in the minority (along with LSG!) of pundits suggesting LAF were still the goods.

LSG can take it on the chin as far as their balance sheet is concerned, they have plenty of other outperformers to keep them looking good and LAF, hopefully, in the future could increase their appeal.

For the smaller retail investor though, LAF has been an abject failure and disaster. Eroding away funds invested, diluting ownership, destroying confidence and stiffling opportunity elsewhere (for those who chose to stay on the boat).

You said yourself you were a gambler Tony and it's your choice to stay in the LAF race but, seriously, to warn others off Tubs using yourself as an example is too rich for words given your propensity to dismiss all constructive comment on LAF.

People getting into LAF when you were "debating" it with Tubs earlier on in the piece would be a lot worse off now if they'd followed you instead of Tubs.

LAF "has" to come good for you now because you've convinced yourself it will. That is definately the mentality of a gambler and your not alone in that department, been there and done it many times.
