Although the options are new the numbers of shares issued is the same - 970 million pre consolidation or 194 million post consolidation. As Clay Epstein and Jason Timkinson will be directors after the meeting, they are related parties and the shares each party is individually allocated is outlined. This is part of the total acquisition shares, not additional.
