oldnrooted- if you want to invest in something, just try and look at things realistically. you will get the "wombats' saying that this is getting so cheap in sp and hark back to DEC14 when CCP went gangbusters.
then you have others spruiking impressive long term ROE's trying to justify why they were so stupid to buy in as the sp keeps tanking.
there is one simple reason that the sp is tanking and that is because there are "smart" people with lots of money who are pulling out.
it is not rocket science, but just understandable, primitive reaction- the "wombats' are convinced that the same scenario will play out once more .
the local industry is now under major threat from BAYCORP which is cutting margin at any expense to gain market share.
that is why CCP and Collection House are basically stuffed.
blind freddie could see this coming , but it looks like being blind is only one of the disabilities that are affecting these spruikers.
