"but I personally believe the dividend is not worth the investment"

    Very naive.
You are talking about a company which has not missed a dividend in 100 years.
And ceratinly in the past year or two they have returned sh*itloads of cash to shreholders in the form of off-market buy-backs, which for resident shareholders were in the form of fully franked dividends.

You may not understand the nuances of capital management, but I want my companies to pay sustainable growing dividends but also REINVEST for growth. They did buy WMR, did they not ?

For instance, why should I want WOW to pay me a higher didvidend when they can reinvest cash in, say, opening a new supermarket ? WOW achieve 30% return on capital, and last time i looked the interest rate on Commonwealth bank Passbook accounts was 1.5%.
