i am delighted to have delays where Quiktrak can announce they have won another major contract as Quiktrak have done with Hubei Province

i do not have any problems with delays which mean more money for Quiktrak.



QTK received a "national "spectrum licence which will allow Quiktrak to rollout its model "nationally" inside China without any other "spectrum" issues.
