    Well mainly because you said 50 times so I assumed you had already spoken with the company.

    Usually the answer to why not a premium is because they CAN'T!

    Generally the difference between a 5% discount to a 5% premium is 90%+ of the people willing to buy in drop off

    If it was truly a great stock and people were clammering to get in, a premium wouldn't be a problem. Oversubscribing at a discount is nothing to be overly fond of IMO... Although it still beats the hell out of under subscribing at a discount ahaha
