    I'll answer a view points...

Are any current directors the same as those who presided over the previous goings on?

(Only Sanford remains. As mentioned in my previous post he did not really seem to be part of the problem at the VNA of old.)

Are any current big share holders backers or sponsering brokers the same as those who presided over the previous goings on?

    (No)

Are any of the posters enthusiastically supporting the stock new to the forum but making loads of posts and don't write like newbies. Remember ASC a while ago

(I write OK I guess but thats due to my profession - I am not a broker or employee just a shareholder that researchs usually not resulting in making heaps of $$$. VNA was ramped up and down relentlessly on Stockhouse for sometime)

What percentage of stockholders hold stock from a low level. Because if you buy a stock at 10c or 20c or $1 guys with 100 million shares at 1c don't give a stuff if they hammer the thing right back down to 3c when bailout time happens.

(Don't know for sure but the Microgenix holders got in at a low level but also have a great interest in its success)

What is the value of a piece of intellectual property when there are no sales and profits. There are 300 mill shares in issue. 2 weeks ago this property was worth $4.5 million now it is worth $12 million say the share goes to 20c will the same property be worth $60 million. At $1 is it worth $300million.

    (Thats the $64 question)

If I remember right there were about 50 million shares for the last ride.....The voice recognition technology was valued at $10 million in Nov 1999 and around $200million by Feb 2000 then went all the way to zero as the promised million dollar royalties failed to materialise.

    (VR is dead)
