pj - I think you are correct regarding the overall share situation with options etc - I was going from memory regarding the 270m issued at present.
Trading in VNA picked up the first week in April when the price moved pretty quickly from 1.5c to 2.5c. Volumes although nothing like the last few days were many times higher then usual. That was good enough for me to buy back in.
Going back to early July when it went from 2.3c to 4c - was the time I think that Jim Palmer purchased his holding which I think is currently about 16m shares in total. Direct and Indirect. Formco is his company.
However at that time when he stopped buying it retraced in a week or so back to 2.5c and kept going South.
