Usually that is the case. But AWD don't have the big seller orders clogging up the sell queue. The sell side is quite thin which mean the sellers are waiting for strength on the buy side (waiting from the sidelines) and then selling into any buyers creeping up. That's not accumulation. That's someone offloading without freaking the market out. And that is exactly what the chart shows.
