I have a philosophical issue re: certain practises of shorting (whereby not merely, genuinely, considering a stock's SP is overvalued, but rumors to Market for profiting from their short position). Such practises should not even be permissable or 'doable' but we all (should) know about the incestuous nature of Government power positions and Corporate Exec positions as being a revolving door.

Hence: "Don't hate the player, hate the game."

Ridiculous (lack of) regulation.
