    So confusing, but I think I understand it, we drilled into basically a big hole it's hard to tell if it's full of oil nothing or water, so no one has a clue if it's good or bad right now, the market assumes bad so price falls, but it's not certain good or bad, it's also going to be hard to test, but if it looks good they will test and it will take 4 weeks.

    Is that about right??
