Correct, however, it does make MBN more attractive to potential bidders (and likely increase the number of bidders) if they can break even with these record low nickel price where as reported by the market 60-65% are making a loss.
I think this was announcement was a planned released due to the creditors (i.e. convertible note holders) appointed the same receivers they used last time.
