Little wonder the Qtly was held up until the last minute.
Hopefully CD's departure from a mangement role is not the only person seen as responsible for this disaster. Where were the directors while this was happening? Did they not receive any monthly reports?
Production costs $1.6m
Administration 1.6m
Receipts from sales $000000000000!!!
What was going on?
AGM coming up next month.
I hope some serious questions are asked.
Only good news is that funding is available to keep the business operating while this mess is sorted.
I must admit I was confident the original team would manage this business into a profitable operation.
The business plan is great, and provided we see effective and immediate implementation, I am still confident VXL will be a great business.
Much hard work to be completed, and pleasing to see $265k monthly savings in costs have been signalled as a first stage in the turnaround.
VXL needs more than CD head for this fiasco.
