    GS you miss my point. If what is claimed is imminent (farm in, debt restructure, cash cash cash etc), then the company should have enough funds to carry out exploration, portfolio expenditure and any acquisitions etc. Proper foresight, strong negotiation skills and effective management of funds should negate the need for such potential dilution.
