Well, I don't need the board to do simple arithmetic for me so im not too concerned that they failed to subtract $150,000 from $800,000. ($650,000)
If this is what you are now clinging to as evidence that the board is not doing a good job, I think you're very petty.
It is quite interesting to see how silly and petty people's arguments can become once they are challenged.
