    As someone else said before, it doesn't make any sense to have a cap raising at $1 and now TWO share buy backs?

    What has changed? Perhaps they are seriously thinking that oil seems to have found a floor in the $60-70 region?

    This bullishness on oil is the opposite of the BP boss.
