The Activities Qtrly indicates that next week some more info and clarification will be released.
I noticed CD something "unusual" in the Activities.
When discussing raising the required amount to 'seal' the deal, mention is of two streams- investors and Other Parties, also investors and Other Financiers.
Wouldn't ,if funds were Solely provided by placement 1.3 cents, it would only be the usual line about Sophisticated and Institutional Investors? or just investors for short?
Do you follow? Different to have Other Investors and Other Financiers used ,agreed?
Now an explanation is that these "Others" are financing NOT by the issuing of the 1.3 cent shares.
These "Others" contributed the balance of the $539k raised above the $350k from share issue 1.3 cents placement.
@CDCase BSM is doing a "Re Construction" in order to invest in Stratmin Madagascar. Stratmin is "encouraging" this investment particularly so the PROJECT has a vehicle to access the ASX Graphite Investor "community". The ASX has graphite much Hotter than the Canadian TSE or the AIM LSE.
CDCase The private unlisted company Asbury is "keen" on Stratminco. It is "keen" on getting it onto to the ASX "graphite gravy train" for Capital Raising.
We just have to wait and speculate on further BSM "explanation" next week/10 days of BSM structure for their "investment" enabling this Float.
Anyhow Strat Chart. Marked are the BSM proposal/completion of due diligence. Trading since indicates No Panic on AIM because of time delay or speculation it's not going to happen.
CD it's NOT Unravelling just tightening up some threads of "Others" in the web.
I realise CDCase that my writing style can be very "confusing". Sorry it's just the way it is.
Maybe an @shipment or @Jonno07 can provide some recent article/comment by a 'proper' source re Asbury/Stratmin?
Input by BSM Holders pre Graphite re "bona fides" of Mgt whatever would be appreciated too.
