I'm holding off buying until drilling is completed, then I'll buy.
Although there are risks regarding the success of the circulation tests, I believe they are solvable.
I think the risk is regarding the drilling, not whether they will complete it, but when.
If there are too many failures, they might bite the bullet and get a big rig in there and drill and 8 1/2inch hole. This would be a considerable delay, possibly 6 months. In the meantime they will press on with the current setup. Either way they will get there.
