I will personally be very opposed to gifting Grafex any more shares to dump yet again and I will be making this clear at the UK investor meeting next week.
The board seem confident in reaching the dollar sp target going off the latest performance incentives, so I would expect they will be employing a strict control of stock/dilution.

I'd imagine there could well be strong potential that one of the many groups that Brad talks of in dialect with Triton, who incidentally may well be a Global Giant or three, may have entered into a level of funding and or J/V by then.
