For Example -

Tata have recently talked up their share in Mantle's JVA partner Exergen.

Tata/Exergen could build a CHTD plant in India to supply Tata power stations.

However, Indian lignite is very high in ash so they would end up with a high ash BCE(black coal equivalent). Nothing clean about a high ash black coal equivalent.

If they use very low ash brown coal as their source they'll end up with a nice low ash cleaner BCE.

The Aus Gov is currently promoting Adani's Nth Qld project as a low ash black coal alternative for Indian power stations.

Mantle/Tata/Exergen could do the same!
