1. Partnership "deals" depend on what the one entity you are talking to wants to put on the table.
2. Major international capital raising "deals" depend on a myriad of informed investors across the entire global biotech space competing with each other to get the best slice of a pie that has been put in front of them. Put up or go home.
We are still waiting on game changing clinical results.
Await the cap deal figures but give me number 2 any day until some world smashing partnerships (not Teva, not Celgene) come cap in hand. You should know what happens to poker players: they bust.
