I wasn't taking a shot at anybody but simply trying to make a point that patterns, including rising triangles as in this case are time frame relevant. They may appear in any individual timeframe,monthly, weekly, daily, 60/30/10/5 minute etc and one should take into account the surrounding price action within the timeframe in which the pattern is occurring. Generally it will influence the outcome of the pattern within that timeframe even though it may be going in another direction in another timeframe.

For the long term it doesn't matter much other than for entry timing maybe but for trading it is very relevant.
