If you don't have your paperwork, you can actually just call up the Share Registry.
Some very lovely ladies there and always happy to assist.

Explain to them you are enquiring about the LUCAPA DIAMOND Options for previous Option holders.
Give them your name, address etc,
And they can look it all up for you, they can give you your BPAY payment details for your account, and possibly even the amount you are eligible for, and you can do it all nice and easy.
Like I said, some very lovely ladies there.
