WELL how can you make any money if you sold at .004 that is the lowest I seen it ,maybe if same one had an order at .004 and was on top of the list ,he can buy at 004 then sell back to himself ,not losing money just wont to keep the shares down ,just a thought or maybe just dreaming ,but what ever it is .its a piss of .
