What a laugh! The US certainly does have a "dilemma" on it's hands. It helped create ISIS to bring down Assad (an illegal act of war) and now it needs to appear like it's fighting ISIS, while still dropping weapons into Syria which are falling into the hands of ISIS.
You are not keeping up with the news. These aren't conspiracy theories any more.
