To list on the NASDAQ you also have to have a share price over $1... I suspect that this is a future reason for the consolidation also. If Professor Frazer can deliver with his platform vaccine technologies and CardioCeel can continue to become the gold standard in cardiac repair I have no doubt.... am 100% certain that we'll list on the NASDAQ in the next year or two.
