as the trials for new uses continue (as expensive as they are) so will the publishable results. So far most have been case series and studies...some on people and others on animals. Results so far are encouraging. However, this 'low level' data with the most effective product expert (sales rep) still may not be sufficient to convince clinicians to use it.
the publishing of results from formal trials will go much further to promoting the product and then we may see a much healthier uptake of the product.
We have come a long way from the 0.02c we were at back in 2013.
