    Something to consider is .......NEO paid USD2.5m cash for the orginal SELH leases , 2500 acres.
    They have now paid USD5.0m (half cash / half scrip) for 152,000 acres nearby......... is that a bad deal??
    I dont think so , but can well understand shareholder disgruntlement.
