No signing and no money from the UK institutional investor, now the T/O panel have made the only ruling possible because of the pulling of the rights issue.
I expect by next week at the latest the un-named institution will have withdrawn for unknown reasons to be never heard of again and we go back to option 3, as yet not disclosed, but something to do with 2 amegos underwriting a 50c plan to raise $xyzm, really make up your own number here as the company don't seem to have a clue!!
The annual report and prospectus are going to be works of art to make any sense out of this mess. If the short term loans were not in the quarterly, does that mean they are gifts?? I never knew Chinese companies were so generous!!
