    Concept...

Install a small underground tank...20,000lt should do (costs about $7,000).

Install a simple bowser. ($500 second hand)

Total costs about $7,500 all up.

Order tanker to fill with unleaded petrol...cost $22,000 (wholesale)

    Total outlay = $29,500

    Assume you travel 20,000km per year at 10km/l = 2,000 lt/year.

Supply should last 10 years with no further outlay.

Assuming petrol rises 30% per year, you get your money back in about 5 years...from then on you get 5 years of free fuel at the rate of 2,000lt/year, at a time when the rest of the population may be paying something like $3.00 or more per litre.

May or may not be practical now...but give it a few years and I am sure one or two may look at such a scenario.

    Cheers!
