This stock is a bargain...potentially you can double your money within a year, or even more depending on how sustainable the mining production is (whether they extend the mine life etc).
The risk of it closing is extremely rare IMO given the extreme money and requriments for saftey measures.
There is also a wider economic picture here, the filipines economically cannot afford this project to fail or it could single handedly ruin resource companies having confidence in their countries mining industry. IMO the filipino government needs a strong mining industry to help rescue their weak economy.
