Sears Holdings is arguably one of the most mismanaged companies in America. Just do a search for CEO and its problems over the last few years. It is understandable the response has not been as emphatic as many people expected. Seems to be a good fit though and could still turn out to be a great thing, but I'll wait until re-listing.
