Hi Hoyland, long-time lurker, first-time poster - and enjoy reading your opinions on this company.

I sent an email to Peter Francis some weeks ago to advise I was voting no to the options and why. He responded within days, and then again to my follow-up. I used the email address for the law firm he works for rather than his Benitec one.

Management definitely has some explaining to do, but I did want to come to their defense on this one. I'm a small time shareholder and identified myself as such, and still got a response.
