I am a first time poster, but long time watcher of this thread and have finally considered "jumping in" on some comments as a lot them are now frustrating me through pure ignorance. I am choosing this comment from Polarbear666 to start, as I think its a great one to start with. First and foremost, please don't feel that I am being insulting in my reply to you. I believe strongly in the ability to exercise "fair and honest" speech.

For the purpose off being clear, I do know (through another party) Nick, and have met him a handful of times. The person that introduced him to me, is a successful and well known Australian. Polarbear666, Nick's purchase today is nothing but positive, and your comment is entirely unfair and with great respect, inappropriate. A purchase from an executive (no matter how large or small) is a sign of faith. The purchase (as it has been indicated) hits you squarely in the face that it is, a super "type" top up. One should never assume anything, especially on an individual’s cash flow or cash management.

Let me share the very little I know. Your CEO (my CEO) willingly did the move to the US on his own (pardon the punt), dime. He chose (when the company was in a bad way), to do everything out his own pocket. From the moment it was decided by Gavin, to get Nick to save the day, he only took three months to relocate, again all on his own dime for the best interests of AJX and its shareholders. He reduced his salary twice since he commenced in 2011, so other staff were able to receive smaller pay increases.

Nick is, well bombastic. He can intimidate the strongest character, purely because he is tough himself. Not-with-standing that, he is a generous, philanthropic and accommodating individual that will not hold grudges. He is professional, and he moves on and carries on with business. That a true professional. He has achieved in three years what most CEO's try to in their time with a company. He has a business card folder that is the envy of most, and the positive for us.

I’ve read many of these posts and find it astounding, how unforgiving some people are on here. Its truly horrible and very amateur. Remember one thing, a good CEO doesn't need us, but we sure hell need him.

Thank you for letting me into your forum. This is going to be a true serious Australian success story, and on a small side note about the listing. Personally I want it to stay 100% in Australia. Why give the American's yet another great Australian winner? We do a fine job in Australia, letting good companies go, due to poor support. That's just me, and I understand the reasons why.
