So, looking at it as a glass full, one could argue that someone with MK's knowledge of the do's and dont's re ASX/market rules, that this is a positive sign ?

or, looking at it from a glass is half empty, MK was manipulating or abusing his position ? maybe !

now if you where caught completely unnawares by MK's comment, and where already invested before his comments in the teens, and had already set yourself 18 to 24 month waiting period for possible success, then MK's comments are great but if they are an error well, it doesn't really matter to the guy who is 4 months in to a 18 to 24 month investment.
