I have posted Timmy's EGM summary as he was also there. You will note that Miles has quoted that he had in fact been 'Told Off" by ASX. In addition they imposed a TH and requested an explanation. IMO they where not as Ok with it as you may think.

Anyway. I am in no way suggesting that the team at LOM are nothing but top rated management team and have done an outstanding job getting the company to where it is now. Actually my first post was just to provide a link to a basic but helpful site and to suggest that it may not be as easy to find as a lot of posters here think.

As I'm sure you guys are all aware the current climate for junior resource company's is dire. Not only to raise capital but also attracting SH. IMO company's need to really dot their i's and cross their t's before making statements that are not yet proven. In this case, with the exception of a huge announcement, I believe that a fair number of new holders have either sold at a loss or are trapped. In addition It would not surprise me to find that many would be investors watching are now very weary. They may never come back.
