Have to agree with you owlie. Resolutions, 7,8,9 and 10 to be voted on at the AGM is effectively giving 75m options that will be due for converting at 25c in 4 years!! Over and above the fact that this will surely dilute the shareholdings, this is a greedy grab IMO for people who are already well-renumerated. Sure, I am happy with the progress to date, albeit not too happy with the SP ATM. However, I strongly urge any holders to vote against these resolutions set for the AGM November 30th. Let's see a bit more progress and maybe reassess next year. Hopefully we will be further towards production then. I am thinking these would be a better reward for performance when we have the financing in hand and out of any doubt of hinderance to production. I personally think theses amounts proposed are excessive at this point in time. I know other shareholders agree. Please join in voting against 7,8,9,10 for the AGM and give we, the shareholders some strength and a voice.
