I've been a BHP SH for over 30 years but this one may be the straw that broke the camels back, it just appears the board is asleep at the wheel, has lost focus, with so many writedowns, demergers, catastrophes, poor investment decisions, poor capital mgt - who's actually running the company? Dividends or not this is a company that's living well in the past and hasn't caught up with expectations of a future global economy. Heads should roll and it's time a new level of thinking was incorporated, just too many blunders in such a short period of time.
