Ignoring the regulatory issues with ablation, WUC still needs approval from the BLM to start conventional mining at the Sunday mines. Haven't heard a peep from WUC on that front.
And what's the status of the private placement offering that was supposed to close around the end of October? If the unit price has to be lowered, more share units will have to be offered to raise the $1.5M gross proceeds.
