One thing I thought was worth writing down was we are approved as a DoD sub contractor for FR, not FR for uniforms, FR for ANYTHING. If we want to FR a jet fighter there is no need to go through the process again, they can just use us.
Other things I noted.
1. DoD does not have any IP rights on our products. The exception is the Seal ExoSkeleton they are working on in conjunction, this will be shared IP rights.
2. Matresses in stores now, can't release name until they have been on the floor for 3 months, so in about 3 months.
3. I thought he said they were taking $400K per week in orders for matresses, but must have heard this wrong, anyone ?
4. Margins on product typically 40%, lower for high volume clients
5. NYSE F1 forms submitted. In the quiet period doing paperwork back and forth. IB is the best, the one they wanted as first choice. Once F1 form tooing and froing is all done will announce IB name
