I sincerely hope he gets the job done After03 ... but the trouble I have had with CC from about 1 week after he was appointed is that he did not/has not bought into Ton himself and as you imply, he has a rep of being an experienced and very astute individual ...

.... So how does one go about convincing others to buy into Ton when it is something, that up until this post, he can't or won't do ???

Just as actual skin in the game is a powerful motivator for many .... the opposite is almost as powerful in deterring a few too ... especially when he was greeted with much fan fair
