I have been trying to work out if FAR need to inform the market when they hit the pay zone and have come to the conclusion that they probably won't have to. My reading of the Continuous Disclosure Rules is that if it's a trade secret that rule 3:1 does not apply. Later it talks about a hydrocarbon "discovery" but this is appraisal, so I'm not sure we will hear anything until they reach TD. What does everyone else think? DB
