It just took me less than 5 minutes to log into my holding on Link and vote all of my shares against all three resolutions.
I'd strongly encourage all of my fellow shareholders to do the same. Heads need to roll for this screw up. We have just been rogered out $100m+ by Samsung, due to a combination of incompetence and spinelessness by the NRW board.
There's still plenty of value in the company, but I think that to vote in favour these guys to keeping their pay and their jobs is utterly unacceptable.
There's only one director reelection on the voting form, so kicking him out would send a strong message without actually causing any material change to the performance of the business.
