    An interesting take on things.

    If I want a shiny new car but can't afford the $60k price tag I just leave it be and dream. If the manufacturer discounts the price to $30k I shout yoohooooo and straight down the dealer to buy.

    If a trader/investor wants a piece of an offshore service and supply company and the price is 50c - yes no worries and plough straight in to buy. If the market discounts that same company to 25c then it is horrific and stay away.

    How odd!
