The BOD can only issue an update when there is information sufficiently important that it comes under the continuous disclosure requirements to be ann.

This does not include "where is SW" and comments like that on this site .......for god's sake!!!!
You guys are addicted to anns. I personally hope they make only 1 or 2 a month at the most, so the traders who scream for their daily "info fix" go away because they don't have trading material to make a quick buck at no benefit to the co. or LT shareholders.

I feel sorry for SW and the BOD who have done a great job over the last 12 months but get nothing but complaints and brickbats in return. Guys you don't "own" every movement the BOD and Management make, they are only responsible for running the co. for us not for every toilet break.
