You have to ask yourself, if the success of the consolidation is not on shaky
grounds, why all of a sudden,
1. The PR survey closely followed by
2. The Interview and now
3. Extra shares purchase

If I were to be confident of an outcome, I wouldn't care about anyone's opinion or any HC chit chat; I would just wait for the vote.

There are people I know that are far more passionate about this consolidation so much so that even if it does get thru, that will not be the end of the matter; and this I suspect the board has come to realize.

Do not under estimate the power of HC. I also know of another company that
went thru a similar thing as EGO, all thru HC.
