re: sirtex trading halt comingay pheenom, your relationship with hunter hall is truly extraordinary. how very odd for a fund manager to be prepared to share so much.
however, what is even odder is your comprehension (and, apparently, Hunter Halls) of the Continuous Disclosure Regime that applies to Australian listed companies. I am not aware of a carve-out to the listing rules that permits a listed entity not to disclose material information for a period of time, and then to announce a halt while it plays catch-up on all the announcements that it should otherwise have been putting out along the way.
I have not reviewed all of the information that you have found about SRX in recent months, however the fact that SRX has not released the information must mean that they do not believe that it is material for investors. Having made this judgement (and you are entitled to disagree with their judgement) it would be very odd for the company to wake up one day and think "Oops, we had better go into trading halt while we release the eight announcements that pheenom thinks we should have released recently."
That is not to say that they won't go into trading halt for some other reason - but it should not be to release a backlog of announcements that could have been released earlier.
