Yes at 2min:38sec into the presentation he says "In milestone2 we have built an actual chip".

Given in BRN's announcement of milestone2 they do not mention building a chip and in fact they say it was achieved on an off the shelf commercially available chip the above statement needs to be clarified in my opinion as it could mislead if it is not true.

"This significant milestone was achieved via the development of a BrainChip SNN (Spiking​

Neural Network) working on a Xilinx T2000 FPGA board (Field Programmable Gate Array)."

Also he uses the words "our technology partners" several times during the interview. I am unaware of BRN having announced having entered into any partnership.
